Hey everyone!
Hope you all had a great weekend; this weekend had been all about family for us. Fireworks show, The Children's Museum and a mani pedi for Mya! The museum was great and I definitely would recommend taking your little ones it was a little pricey. I think only due to the place being a non profit organization. They had a lot of hands on exhibits that she was able to enjoy. I was worried she may have a hard time finding things to play with and get pushed to the side by the older kids but she did great. Some kids did not understand the concept of wait your turn but that's to be expected. Some parents did not understand the concept of watch your child that is not expected. Getting out the house to do all of these things this weekend was definitely a process. You would think as she has gotten older she wouldn't need so much in her bag and it wouldn't take so long to get out of the house...ha wishful thinking. Cup, extra outfit, diapers, wipes, toys more toys, snacks and more snacks... oh and her purse that I end up carrying she's a diva. This weekend we also found a nail polish that is safe for babies it is a low odor, eco-friendly and a water based polish. It is great and Mya loved the chance to be pampered by one of her MANY aunts. Mya even did a pose when I asked her to take a picture... she normally does a quick cheese and runs away. So any chance we can get a good pic it’s a successful day! I also got a chance to make her some headbands; she is wearing one in the pic. Not to mention we did all of these things while I had to finish a ten page paper! Not tryna to toot my own horn but toot! Toot! It has taken me a while to figure out how to juggle her and life in general, but she is definitely worth the struggle and I get it done!
One more thing if you would like to leave some comments as to what you think would be good topics to discuss I am open to suggestions!
